Jacob leverages his experience in training and interfacing with Partners with his passion for product to bring a better experience to our Partners and their customers. Everyday, I see Jacob embodying all the pillars of our Partner Pledge:
Product Quality & Innovation – Jacob works closely with product owners to help ensure we are bringing the highest quality products to market whether we are filling gaps or being highly competitive against existing solutions. He deep dives into market and really listens to Partner and public feedback to help our team innovate strategically.
Product Selection & Availability – Jacob has a massive number of products in his care, and he owns his category in every way, including supporting sales, logistics, Partners, and anyone who comes to him looking for solutions or information.
Superior Service & Support – When there are fires, Jacob is the first one there with an extinguisher. He is prompt to respond to any service or support needed from him, and does so in a professional and personable way even under pressure.
Privacy & Security by Design – Jacob’s knowledge of our various internal and Partner/customer-facing platforms and systems is elevated by his commitment to tangible privacy and security measures that makes these landscapes safe to use and enjoy. He is always thinking 5 steps ahead in a loss prevention mindset, anticipating potential pitfalls so we can stay true to our promises.
Obsess Over Customers – After interfacing with our Partners for over a decade, Jacob has taken all he has learned from working with owners, project managers, technicians and sales teams in those Partner spaces and applied it to his daily work. From product launches to event content to internal trainings and more, he is squeezing the juice out of his incredible amount of experience to stay Partner-focused in everything he does.
