While the Xfinity voice integration has gone live, this functionality will not be automatic for most customers. Partners must verify that a customer’s Xfinity hardware is supported and running firmware v6.4+. Ensure their system is running OS 3.3.3+, and then update the customer’s Xfinity X1 driver to v14+ (available on the Online Database as of August 10th).
