Ever since Snap One’s rebranding, it’s been our mission to become one company with one vision: To serve our Partners and make it simple for you to access the best services and solutions. Recently, we have taken strides toward that vision by retiring the U.S. Control4, Triad, and Pakedge portals and bringing their products and tools to the Snap One Portal (snapav.com). This has allowed us to scale the vital features we offer our Partners and centralize our resources in one place.
Effective September 29th, 2023, US Domestic Partner access to the retired portals will be discontinued. We’d like to highlight a few important points for your attention:
- Account balances will be migrated shortly after the 29th. However, you can still make payments for open invoices through the retired Portals until that date. Please log in and review your account for any outstanding balances today.
- Your order history is now available on the Snap One Portal.
- As a reminder, We created a resource page to help you get familiar with the Snap One Portal and to locate resources that were previously available on the retired portals.
