We welcome your feedback and leverage it to implement product and service enhancements, plus create better Partner resources and tools to help you efficiently run your business. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made some improvements to the Snap One Partner Portal (www.snapav.com ) experience. Here are some highlights:
Improved Search Functionality
The new enhanced search function is now lightning fast and incorporates an image search panel allowing you to find what you need and add it directly to your cart. Documentation and resources were also added. We’ll continue to improve our search capabilities based on Partner feedback. Feel free to give us your feedback using the red feedback button.
Increased Site Speed
Faster load times and overall performance, up to 60% increases on certain pages.
Education and Certification
Whether you need to troubleshoot a quick question from the field using the Tech Community, quickly peruse your tech’s training and certification or learn something new, we’ve added ways to easily manage your team’s education and training.
- Made Tech Community accessible to all Partners
- We have gathered all our education courses in one catalog to ensure everything is easily accessible in one place.
- Provide Partners a method for viewing education certifications for their technicians.
Self-Service User Management
No need to call into Partner Support to add or remove users for the Snap One portal, now you can easily view, create or edit users with User Management.
New Added Features for Control4 Authorized Partners
Added Control4-specific features:
- Addition of Control4 products in the product catalog
- Control4 lighting keycap engraving
- Control4 driver database search
- Subscription dashboard for 4Sight
- Partner microsite customization

Account Balance Section
The Account Balance section was redesigned and made available to all Partners, so you can view account balances immediately. In the coming months, invoices will be available online to streamline payment.
