Over the past few months, the United States government has made changes to its trade policies including the implementation of tariffs. This has affected a variety of industries and products worldwide, including ours.Because of these tariffs, SnapAV will be making a minimal price change to affected product lines on September 17, 2018. While the impact of tariffs varies across product categories, on average this means a cost increase of ~2%.Our commitment to you:

• We will adjust the MSRP on affected products to maintain dealer profits at pre-tariff levels
• We will provide as much notice as possible � we know how difficult pricing changes can be to your business
• We will continue to pursue other ways to reduce the impact to you, including filing for product exclusions and working on alternative sourcing where appropriate
• We will not adjust prices until we�re impacted� and we will adjust them again when the tariffs end
