To continue investing in the services and innovation provided to you, we will need to make pricing adjustments to these categories effective October 2^nd, 2019.

Although this impacts your business, our commitment remainsthe same.

• We will adjust the MSRP on select affectedproducts to protect your profit margin.
• We will actively pursue ways to reduce theimpact of tariffs on our business, including moving some of our sourcingfootprint out of China. However, this process takes both time and money.
• We will monitor tariffs and evaluate adjustingprices if/when the tariffs are reduced or eliminated.
• We will continue to absorb these incrementalcosts until next month. This 30-day notice is to help you with any open quotesor projects. To lock in pricing before the increase, please place your orderbefore October 2^nd.
