Araknis� Networks X20 Series Managed Switches now feature a 5-Year Limited Warranty. This covers parts and labor for components found to be defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use. Products that have been abused, modified, or disassembled are not eligible for warranty coverage. For repairs, products must be sent to Snap One� or an authorized service center with an assigned return authorization number (RA).
