All new Control4 systems installed in the U.S. now require Control4 Connect and must be registered through OvrC. 

Here are some key points to remember: 

• The controller registration process has shifted to OvrC�, which offers more efficiency and security. This will require a one-time mapping of your Control4 and OvrC accounts and include advanced features such as temporary credentials for the Control4 app and the customer handoff process. • Connect changes the way systems are registered and updated. 

• No new systems can be registered through Composer Pro, Composer Express, my.control4.com, or customer.control4.com. 

Control4 OS 3.4.2 has launched to support the full adoption of Connect and the streamlined controller registration process through OvrC.
