We are excited to announce our new fulfillment option for SnapAV.com, allowing for convenient same-day pickup of online orders, giving you additional flexibility in how you get equipment for your next install. The buy online pickup in store option lets you purchase select products on SnapAV.com and pick them up shortly after at your local Snap One Partner Store.  

How it Works

As you shop at SnapAV.com, items that are eligible for pickup will show “Pickup” as a fulfillment option and will show the availability of the product at your selected Snap One Partner Store. During checkout, eligible items can also be selected for “Pickup” or switched to “Delivery” if needed.  

After purchasing, a confirmation email is sent to your account, including an estimated pickup window for your order. Afterwards, a follow-up email will confirm when your order is ready for pickup at your selected store.  

After receiving the ready for pickup email, go to the counter of your selected Snap One Partner Store to retrieve your order. Please be ready to verify the company or customer for whom the order is for.
