Driven by your feedback, we’re updating the Connect subscription model later this year to give you more flexibility and deliver more value to your customers.

• Optional Connect subscription: Connect will become optional for X4 systems.

• X4 will offer more value out of the box: Local app access, Apple Music, and built-in education will come standard, no subscription necessary.*

• Premium features available: The optional Connect subscription will continue to unlock premium features like remote access, curated Routines, Apple HomeKit, plus access to new features that help systems improve over time.**

• Simple pricing: Connect will be priced at $249/year for all controller types and projects with multiple controllers.

• Timeline: Connect will become optional for new X4 systems in Q4 2025 and for existing systems in Q1 2026.
