In this release, OvrC introduces a suite of enterprise management features that gives integrators greater flexibility in managing user permissions and allows account owners to share their OvrC customers with external parties, including Parasol and OneVision.
To better support the evolving support operations of technology integrators, we’ve decided to completely re-build the user, permissions, and access management capabilities of OvrC to be more flexible and robust. You can now define ‘Groups’ with associated permission levels and client access, and then manage any number of ‘Users’ for that group, whether that user is internal or external to your organization.

With this update, you can do more with OvrC.
For this release, we’ve collaborated closely with Parasol and OneVision teams to ensure these capabilities will support their needs to start monitoring your clients on OvrC. To find out more, visit their websites:

The new features will be rolled out and made available to you on June 21, 2018. No action is required on your part if you are using OvrC from a web browser, but you will need to update your OvrC mobile applications.
Once you log into OvrC from your web browser, click on the “Account” button on the left hand column to access these new features. Note, these features will look different based on the role you have in your company’s OvrC account.
This is one of the most complex features we’ve launched in OvrC with a lot of nuances and rules built into the experience. If you have questions around some of the details, check out the technical documentation.
As always, we continue to evolve our product based on your feedback. Please continue to provide your thoughts and ideas to [email protected]. Thanks!
