Official Rules

By entering into this Snap One-sponsored promotion ("Promotion"), participant ("Participant") agrees to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Snap One, such decisions which are final and binding in all respects. NO DONATION OR PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE CONTEST. A DONATION OR PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: This Promotion is sponsored by Snap One with the principal place of business located at 1800 Continental Blvd Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28273 USA.

• ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have an active Snap One partner account in good standing at the time of entry.

• HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Participant must fill out and submit this form on or before July, 31^st 2023. Limit of one (1) entry per person; multiple entries by any one individual are void. Snap One shall be entitled to reject any entrant for any reason or no reason at all without having to provide an explanation.

• PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: There will be one (1) prize winner total in the sweepstakes. One participant will receive one (1) credit for five hundred dollars ($500) worth of Snap One products from the Snap One product store ("Prize"). The winner may not redeem the Prize for cash. Odds and chances of winning the Prize are based upon the number of eligible entries received with all entrants having an equal chance of winning; the potential Prize winner will be determined by a random selection from the pool of all eligible entries. The Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded by Snap One unless otherwise agreed.

• POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION: Potential winner shall be chosen on August 7^th, 2023 and will have 48 hours from the time Snap One has placed a notification phone call and/or sent a notification email to the number on file with Snap One to respond to Snap One and accept the Prize. The potential winner must show picture identification to claim the Prize. Any potential winner will forfeit the Prize if he or she:
• fails to respond in a timely fashion to any of Snap One's requests for information or signatures with respect the Promotion or the prize;
• cannot be reached at the information provided by such individual;
• rejects the prize (or it is returned undeliverable through no fault of Snap One); or
• is disqualified from the Promotion for any reason. In the event of any forfeiture hereunder, an alternate winner will be selected.

Potential Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable: (1) federal, state, and local taxes; and (2) out-of-pocket expenses, associated with Prize acceptance and use.

• PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY. By entering the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness and image for purposes of advertising, marketing and promotion of Sponsor, any of Sponsor's designees and the Promotion without compensation, except where prohibited by law. Information collected through the Promotion is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. By entering the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in such privacy policy located at https://snapone.com/legal/.

• RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By entering the Promotion, each Participant discharges and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, together with its officers, directors, managers, members, employees, independent contractors, representatives, agents, advisors, successor and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion, including any and all claims, causes of action, suits, costs, injuries, losses, damages, demands or actions of any kind, at law or in equity, including personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property or loss of any nature, any claims based on publicity rights, privacy rights, personality rights, moral rights, defamation, or portrayal in a false light (collectively, "Claims"), and the potential Prize winner releases and discharges, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all Claims in connection with the administration of the Promotion and the use, misuse or possession of the Prize. This indemnification shall extend to Claims resulting from use of the Prize, however caused.

• DISCLAIMERS. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Promotion or announcement of the potential Prize winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion for any reason, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. Released Parties are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Promotion, including mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Promotion at its sole discretion without liability.

• DISPUTES. Each Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prize awarded or the determination of the potential Prize winner, that cannot be resolved between the parties, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion). Participant further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of the Participants, potential Prize winner, Sponsor and the promotion entities in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. The parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be in state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
