We are excited to announce our new fulfillment option for SnapAV.com, allowing for convenient same-day pickup of online orders, giving you additional flexibility in how you get equipment for your next install. The buy online pickup in store option lets you purchase select products on SnapAV.com and pick them up shortly after at your local Snap One Partner Store.
How it Works
As you shop at SnapAV.com, items that are eligible for pickup will show “Pickup” as a fulfillment option and will show the availability of the product at your selected Snap One Partner Store. During checkout, eligible items can also be selected for “Pickup” or switched to “Delivery” if needed.
After purchasing, a confirmation email is sent to your account, including an estimated pickup window for your order. Afterwards, a follow-up email will confirm when your order is ready for pickup at your selected store.
After receiving the ready for pickup email, go to the counter of your selected Snap One Partner Store to retrieve your order. Please be ready to verify the company or customer for whom the order is for.

We've made it even easier to find the perfect product for your upcoming project. Our new search filter allows you to remove legacy products from your Snap One® Partner Portal search results. To use this feature, head to the "Filter Results" section on the left-hand side of your screen and look for the "Item Status" filter. From there, select "Available" to see only those products currently available for purchase. Don't worry if you're looking for support documentation for a legacy product–we've got you covered. Select "Legacy" in the "Item Status" filter to view only the products that are no longer available.
You can now easily see who placed each of your online orders in the Order History section of the Snap One® Partner Portal (SnapAV.com). To access the Order History section, log in and hover over your name in the top right-hand corner. From the drop-down menu, select “Order History”. Once you select any of your orders, you can view the Order History Details. There, you can find the “Order Placed By” field to see which user account placed the order.
To better improve your Snap One® Portal shopping experience, just select between multiple quantities of product listings. Choose from 20, 50, or 100 product listings in the “Show” dropdown to browse all your options.
The redesigned Tech Community improves the user experience so you can quickly find the answers you need, connect with fellow integrators, and locate career certifications. With simplified navigation and additional updates requested by dealers, the Tech Community is more than just a place to go for tech support. Explore the new and improved Snap One™ Tech Community under the Support tab on the homepage.
Rack Builder is one of our system design tools that enables customers to design and visualize equipment in racks, create professional drawings to share with both clients and technicians, and add items to your shopping cart for easier order placement. Drawings can be copied and used as templates, shared with other members of your team, and exported as a PDF or CSV file.

We have just launched our new Luma Surveillance Calculator tool which can be found under the 'Support' section of our website. This brand new tool allows you to calculate Lens Field of View and Power Wire Length options for Luma Surveillance Cameras.
