ONLINE INVOICES:
You can now pay your invoices online using a credit card. The feature is available to users associated with your account with the purchaser role. To access it, log in to the Snap One Partner Portal and navigate to account balance.
Tip: Please ensure you have a credit card associated with your account before paying invoices online. To add a credit card to your profile, navigate to credit cards and click "Add credit card."
KEYCAP ENGRAVING ORDER LIMITS:
We've increased the Snap One Partner Portal shopping cart item limit. This change aims to improve the experience for ordering Control4 engraved keycaps via an XML file containing more than 200 keycaps.
ENHANCED CONTROL4 PRODUCT DETAILS:
We have added more project information to the subscription dashboard export. With this update, you can now view the primary controller model, Smart Home OS, and the last check-in in the exported data. This additional information will help you identify existing customer upgrade opportunities. To check it out, visit the Subscription Dashboard and click "Export all to Excel."?

While the Xfinity voice integration has gone live, this functionality will not be automatic for most customers. Partners must verify that a customer’s Xfinity hardware is supported and running firmware v6.4+. Ensure their system is running OS 3.3.3+, and then update the customer’s Xfinity X1 driver to v14+ (available on the Online Database as of August 10th).
