As of August 5, 2025, a new driver enables select ProSeries security solutions to be fully integrated into Control4 systems, including First Alert, Honeywell Home, and Resideo branded security panels. Control4 Dealers in the United States and Canada can take advantage of this new integration by delivering a complete security solution to customers while earning Partner Rewards. With the upcoming discontinuation of the ClareOne security system, ProSeries products become ADI | Snap One's go-to security solution that fully integrates with Control4 and offers a wide range of features like remote programming and coverage for up to 250 zones.

For over two decades, Control4 has certified technicians via in-person training. We have created a new online training option, the Control4 Certified Technician (C4CT) program. The online training is comprehensive, hands on, and self-paced, giving technicians the freedom to complete course work when and where they want. If a dealer would like to certify additional technicians, it costs only $100 per trainee.
